The O6 Studio is professionally cleaned and sanitized between all bookings by our in-house cleaning team. This includes disinfecting high-touch surfaces, cleaning floors, resetting furniture, and restocking supplies to ensure the space is safe, presentable, and ready for use. While the Studio handles overall cleaning, renters are responsible for removing all personal items, décor, and vendor materials, placing all trash in provided bins, and leaving the space in good condition. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if the Studio is left excessively dirty or damaged.
