The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between each booking to ensure a professional and hygienic experience for every guest. Our cleaning process includes: • Sweeping and mopping of floors • Wiping down high-touch surfaces (e.g. intercom, door handles, bathroom fixtures) • Cleaning and disinfecting the bathroom • Emptying bins and removing any leftover rubbish • Checking for any items left behind and ensuring the space is ready for the next booking We ask all guests to leave the space in the condition they found it, including removing any equipment or rubbish and reporting any damage or spills. This helps keep the space clean, safe, and ready to go for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
