About Teal Event Venue
Teal is an open rectangular shaped space painted in muted tones (taupe/gray) with a light beige floor and teal doors. It is connected to Nine Eighteen Nine ( a stunning 7,500sqft Fine Art Gallery) and located in The VAPA Center (A Visual & Performing Arts Center consisting of 3 art filled floors & 520+ artist studios & arts organizations). Surrounded by a unique, art filled atmosphere, Teal is a blank canvas ready to showcase your vision. Your booking also includes a small staging room area. Teal is available for a wide variety of events (classes, book signings, social gatherings, celebrations, screenings, meetings, etc.) and comfortably holds 100 guests. The Gallery is available and can be booked on its own or added to accommodate larger gatherings. There is a small prep kitchen complete with a commercial refrigerator. Ice machine available for use. Restrooms are easily accessible. We have AV equipment, stages, tables, chairs, linen & a wide variety of decorations available for rent. Event planners are available to assist you for a fee.

This is a county owned building with daily public access so the upkeep and cleaning of the building is done daily. We dispose of trash in the outside dumpsters after each event, floors are cleaned and all surfaces are wiped down.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
