Daily Cleaning Protocol: Floors & Surfaces: All floors (including rugs and mats) are vacuumed or mopped daily using non-toxic, eco-friendly products. High-touch surfaces (tables, doorknobs, counters, etc.) are sanitized regularly throughout the day. Furniture: Lounge chairs, couches, and meditation cushions are wiped down with plant-based disinfectants and fabric-safe cleaners. Food or drink spills are addressed immediately to preserve the integrity of our intentional décor. Restrooms: Restrooms are cleaned and disinfected daily, with restocks of eco-conscious toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer. Spot checks are done during events to maintain cleanliness. Event-Ready Cleansing Ritual: Before and after every event: The space is deep-cleaned, including all tables, floors, bar areas, and guest seating zones. Smudge cleansing or diffused essential oils are used to energetically clear the space (upon request or aligned with the type of event). Trash and recycling are removed and bins are relined. Lounge furniture is reset to its original layout, ensuring flow and visual peace. Food & Beverage Protocol: Any food served must be placed on designated tables — never on lounge couches or chairs. All dishes, serving utensils, and drinkware must be cleared from the lounge immediately after the event. 🔄 Deep Clean (Weekly): Bi weekly, the lounge undergoes a full deep cleaning: Upholstery is steamed or treated Windows, mirrors, and decorative pieces are polished Plant life is misted and maintained (daily as necessary) Respecting the Space: All guests, facilitators, and vendors are expected to leave the space as they found it. If extra cleaning is required due to misuse or damage, additional cleaning fees may apply.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
