Bring your own gear and enjoy the peaceful ambiance and acoustic-friendly design. You’re Welcome to Decorate! Banners, balloons, table décor, and fairy lights are all welcome. Please avoid anything that may damage the walls or furniture (e.g., strong adhesives, nails, confetti). Music & Ambience: Soft background music is available. For external music equipment or playlists, please coordinate with us ahead of time. 💬 Booking Notes: Booking slots are available evening and weekend evening. Minimum spend or deposit may apply depending on the time/date. Please arrive on time and allow for setup/cleanup within your booking slot. You're welcome to bring a photographer or content creator All décor must be removed at the end of your booking. At our café, your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high standards of cleanliness at all times — whether you’re here for a coffee, working remotely, or hosting a private event. Daily Cleaning All surfaces, tables, chairs, and counters are sanitised regularly throughout the day Bathrooms are checked and cleaned multiple times daily for hygiene and stock Floors are vacuumed and mopped before opening and after closing Between Guests After each guest leaves, we thoroughly wipe down the table, chairs, and high-contact areas All cutlery, cups, and trays are cleaned using high-temperature commercial dishwashers Sanitiser & Supplies Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the café for guests and staff Staff are trained in food hygiene and safety procedures, wearing gloves when handling food Event Clean-Up For private bookings and parties, we clean before and after your event to ensure a spotless environment We ask that guests take any personal belongings or decorations with them when the event ends
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
