The home features an open-concept layout with tall ceilings and lots of natural light. The entryway showcases an arched black iron front door that makes a dramatic first impression. The living room includes a modern stone fireplace, cozy leather furniture, and great angles for lifestyle or interview setups. The kitchen includes large pendant lighting, rock backsplash, and gorgeous countertops — perfect for food shoots, tabletop content, or creator kitchens. Upstairs, the Spanish-style staircase and balcony with sunset views offer stunning vertical shots and soft evening light. Our house is always clean. The space is always in pristine condition. You have nothing to worry about here. We always clean our house in between guest arrival... we would even ask that guest. Don't wear their shoes unless they are using them for a photo shoot...
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
