This charming 1930 solid stone cottage is nestled in the heart of Ferndale’s picturesque pastoral landscape, and is just short distances to Bellingham, Birch Bay, and Vancouver, BC. The history and unique architectural details are what really set this property apart.
The setting is rural pastoral with cows visiting at the fence line. The 2 bedroom cottage has been tastefully restored with refinished original oak and fir floors, 18" solid granite walls, gorgeous traditional kitchen and bathrooms, and beautiful sunlight showering the living space and bedrooms.
For small meeting groups the we recommend using the living and kitchen space, and for larger groups we are outfitting the shop with wood paneling and large glass barn doors facing the back yard. This space will be ideal for a corporate retreat or meeting in a more casual setting. Please contact us if needing the shop space. The back yard is a beautiful setting of black walnut tree's shading an outdoor dining or meeting space where additional tables and chairs can be added for a communal table style arrangement.
