Our studio is ideal for content creators, music videos, photography, events, and pop-up experiences. Multiple themed areas, props, and functional vintage pieces make it perfect for creative shoots. We also have a bar setup for parties or brand activations, plus additional sets available. IMPORTANT NOTICE Best Times for Filming Dialogue To ensure clean audio recordings, please schedule dialogue scenes during the following hours: Weekdays Mon- Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Weekends Fri- Sun: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Please note: There is a Rage/Break Room located below the studio. Noise from this space can interfere with recordings outside of the listed hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
