Welcome to The Concord Room - a modern, versatile event space designed to bring any vision of yours to life! We have the perfect canvas for intimate gatherings, community-focused events and creative productions. Whether you're planning a content shoot, business/corporate meetings or celebrating a milestone, our venue offers the perfect balance of style, function and flexibility. Every booking will include 50 ghost chairs, choice of tables (rectangle, round or high-top), mounted TV, high-speed WI-FI, and bluetooth surround sound! The Concord Room Highlights: Unique Flair: The space features elegant light gold chandeliers, sleek marble-look vinyl flooring, stylish wood accent wall with greenery and a photo-ready areal with a full-length mirror. Flexible Layout: Whether you're building a brand experience, launching a product, hosting a class/meeting, or having a celebration, this room adjusts to you. Location and Visibility: Conveniently in the heart of East Falls. Surrounded by neighborhood free street parking and ground-level entry for vendors and guests. Ideal for: • Baby showers • Networking Mixers • Birthday/Anniversary Dinners • Training classes • Corporate/Business Meetings • Photoshoots • Pop-Up shops • and much more! Our standard package is $500 but we do offer a customized package for additional areas you may need assistance with through our in house and preferred vendors such as Bartenders, Photographers, Decor specialist, 360 Photo, etc. Whether it is your first time hosting or you're a pro, we're here to make sure your event truly shine. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each event and in between bookings. We also have cleaning supplies and sanitizer on hand.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
