Compact and cozy backyard with sofa, dining table, chairs, deck and knockoff Adirondack furniture. HIgh wall of Podocarpus hedge along engire backyard, with some grassy area. Potted and hanging plants create the decor. Upstairs has 3 bedroom, two of which are available for use with a unique long hallway - complete with cabinets and wall of windows facing west.

I expect the house to be left exactly as they found it, floors swept, any carpet vacuumed and surfaced (like dining tables and kitchen counters wiped down. Renter must supply own cleaning supplies.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
