Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces and equipment. All fitness equipment (including dumbbells, bands, mats, etc.) is sanitized after each use. Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer are available on site for guests to use as needed. Floors are vacuumed and sanitized regularly, including the FLOR carpet tiles. We ask all guests to return equipment and furniture to its original location and remove any trash before leaving. If your booking requires extra cleaning or leaves the space in poor condition, a cleaning fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
