Here’s how we keep it feeling fresh, inviting, and ready for transformation. 🧍♀️ Renter Responsibilities We ask for a simple reset after your time in the space: - Tidy up shared areas like the common space and conference room—reset chairs and tables if moved - Wipe down surfaces used, especially in the kitchen and meeting spaces - Trash & recycling: Bag it and place in the labeled bins - Kitchen care: Gently rinse any used dishes or appliances and wipe down counters - Take your belongings (unless you’re leaving donations for the community 💛) No need to go overboard—just a thoughtful cleanup so the next guest feels just as welcomed. 🧹 What Cuttin Up Takes Care Of We make sure the deeper cleaning and upkeep are fully handled, including: - Sanitizing all surfaces and restrooms regularly - Managing trash & recycling disposal - Maintaining supplies like paper goods, hand soap, and cleaning essentials - Refreshing linens and furniture as needed - Addressing any repairs or facility needs between bookings Your light reset lets us focus on the deep care, so every booking radiates readiness and community-rooted hospitality.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
