About the Space
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the first floor of our grande home. My husband and I live upstairs. There is ample space outside on covered porches and under our beautiful grande oak trees. It is located on Clouter Creek but we do not have a dock yet(waiting on permit). There is also close proximity to i526. You can hear the highway outside but not inside the home. The space has a small table and desk inside. The interior can probably fit 15 people tops with some sitting some standing and the covered porches has ample room for a large table as well.

For large bookings we do hire a cleaning lady who does a fantastic job it just depends on the reservation size. We have been renting short term for 5 years with over 500 reviews and 4.99 star rating. We take cleanliness very seriously and ensure the space is clean and well maintained for guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
