About the Space
-A small but “hole in the wall” themed rehearsal/recording studio. Fit with sound dampening panels on all 4 walls, a home drum kit, & multiple outlets for speakers, stacks, pedalboards, pa systems, etc!
-Provided drum kit is in good condition & has changeable toms & cymbals provided. You are also allowed to bring any personal equipment to switch out with the kit. Any damages to the kit beyond regular playing wear & tear will be charged back. Ex: Broken drum head or severe crack in cymbals. (Broken sticks are totally okay)

-The room is dusted, vacuumed, & neatly organized between each use. (Whether through booking or owners personal use).
-Any cleanly issues should be noted to the owner & will be dealt with immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
