Dining Room (up to 70 guests): A more refined setting with upscale decor, ideal for private dinners, cocktail events, or intimate gatherings. Outdoor Patio (up to 70 guests): A relaxed, open-air environment with casual seating and ambient lighting — great for brunches, happy hours, or laid-back social events. Cleaning Protocol We take cleanliness and safety seriously to ensure every guest has a comfortable and hygienic experience. Thorough cleaning is conducted before and after every booking, including disinfecting all high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms. Floors are swept, mopped, and sanitized, and all trash is removed between events. Our staff uses EPA-approved cleaning products to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Restrooms are stocked, cleaned, and checked regularly during events. For multi-room rentals, each space is individually cleaned and inspected prior to guest arrival. We maintain a professional environment that meets or exceeds standard hospitality cleaning guidelines, so you and your guests can feel at ease throughout your event.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
