The loft is contemporarily designed and decorated. Perfect for any phot shoot. Been Used in music videos, documentary films, pod casts, and cooking shows. Amazing city scape views. Fireworks display from downtown is visible very Friday evening during summertime dates. Space can be changed/arranged to suit the needs of location changes. Can be made to look like several different spaces. High ceilings, and large windows allow for tons of natural light with window shade that can serve as back canvas for custom lighting. Balcony can be utilized for shooting as well. Full podcast setup equipment is available as an add on feature for additional cost. Engineer can be provided for an additional cost as well. ( see pics)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
