🧼 Our Cleaning Process Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. We take great care in preparing the space before every booking so you can enjoy a clean, welcoming, and stress-free experience. Here’s what we do before each guest arrives: 🌿 Outdoor Areas Wiped Down All seating, tables, and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly wiped and sanitized. 🪑 Furniture Reset & Staged All furniture is arranged neatly and checked for cleanliness and stability. 🌺 Yard Grooming Leaves, debris, and garden waste are cleared, and any mess from previous bookings is removed. 🔥 Fireplace Cleaned & Prepped (if in use) The fireplace area is cleared of ashes and made ready for safe use (upon request). 🚽 Restroom Sanitized If bathroom access is included, it is thoroughly cleaned and stocked with fresh supplies. ♻️ Trash Removal & Disposal All trash bins are emptied and liners replaced for a fresh start.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
