This cozy and light-filled photography studio is perfect for creatives looking for a small but powerful space to capture stunning images. Tucked inside a beautifully restored historic mill building in North Kingstown, RI, this 225 sq. ft. studio offers everything you need for natural light portraiture, branding, product photography, and more. The Space: • 225 sq. ft. studio space with 12 ft. ceilings • Two large mill windows offering gorgeous afternoon light • Paper backdrop rolls (white + select colors) • Backdrop stand • Seating props included (stools, couch, chair options) • Small prop storage unit with miscellaneous items available ("O, N, E" letters, cake stands, hundreds of different colored balloons, balloon pump, 3 hobby lobby white crate/box, lanterns, and a few other misc items) • Original mill details and natural textures throughout • Ideal for intimate portrait sessions, mini sessions, family, milestone sessions, branding sessions Great For: • Portraits (newborn, maternity, family, headshots) • Branding & social media content • Product & lifestyle photography • Mini sessions & creative shoots Location: Located in a creative artist building with other photographers, designers, and makers. The property itself is full of character, with photo-worthy common areas and flexible shooting spots outside the studio as well. Lighting: No artificial lighting needed! The natural light in the afternoon is perfect for soft, glowing portraits. You’re welcome to bring your own lighting if preferred. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
