We follow a thorough cleaning process before and after each booking to ensure the space is safe, sanitary, and guest-ready: All high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, door handles, bar counters) are disinfected with commercial-grade cleaning solutions. Tables and seating areas are wiped down and sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped using disinfectant cleaners after every event. Restrooms are cleaned and restocked with soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Trash is removed and bins are lined with fresh bags before each booking. Glassware, utensils, and bar surfaces are sanitized (if used). We ask all guests to leave the space in the condition they found it and to complete basic cleaning, including removing all personal items, bagging trash, and wiping down surfaces used. Deep cleaning is handled by our staff between bookings to maintain a high standard of cleanliness for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
