With approximately 17-foot ceilings, concrete floors, and a roll-up loading gate, the open layout supports a wide range of creative work. A custom 12x8 ft rolling backdrop wall offers both seamless paper and wood-textured surfaces, giving creators flexibility in background options. The space also features a dedicated makeup and prep station, a private changing corner, and a comfortable client seating area with a preview monitor. Basic Backdrops ( Savage paper - True Blue, White, Fashion Grey, and Eggnog ) are included during your booking. You may request different color for a fee or bring your own. Grip - 3x C-stands, and 1 C-stand with wheels + boom arm. Amenities include WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, a mini fridge, an on-site bathroom, and easy load-in access from both the front and back entrances. Free parking is available. A private, air-conditioned second-floor office is also available for client meetings or production use with an additional free. This is a clean, professional, and adaptable space built to support both independent creatives and production teams. *While the main studio space is not air conditioned, it stays relatively cool due to the insulated high ceilings that allow for airflow. Fans are provided to help keep the space cool.
