Cleaning & Disinfection Procedures Your health and safety are important to us. We follow enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for every guest: Thorough Cleaning: The studio is fully cleaned before and after each booking, including floors, furniture, and high-touch surfaces. Disinfection: All commonly used surfaces (doorknobs, light switches, props, tables, etc.) are disinfected using EPA-approved products. Ventilation: The space is aired out between bookings to ensure fresh airflow. Sanitizing Supplies: Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available for guests to use during their booking. Limited Capacity: We manage bookings to avoid overlap and allow time for proper cleaning. We appreciate your help in keeping the space tidy and safe for everyone!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
