This outdoor space has a very nice view . Tucked away in a quiet cove .. There is an upper deck and a lower deck and a 1600 sq fenced in yard space . Perfect for small gatherings up to 30 people. We’ve hosted birthday parties ,themed events and micro weddings here . Both decks have seating . There is an enclosed patio area as well. There is a fire pit on the lower deck. At night , there are string lights and up lighting available suitable for any event . There is a swing at the waters edge 2 people can fit on. Catch and release pond for fishing . Handwashing stations . Outdoor restroom trailer available for events -additional fees apply . Tent ,tables, chairs & decor available for extra fees.
