Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Before each booking: All surfaces are wiped and disinfected, including tables, counters, and frequently touched areas Floors are swept, vacuumed, and/or mopped Bathrooms are fully cleaned, sanitized, and restocked with essentials Trash and recycling are removed Furniture is reset to its default layout Windows and mirrors are spot-cleaned as needed Between bookings: We allow adequate time between reservations to ensure proper cleaning and reset High-touch areas (door handles, light switches, equipment) receive extra attention Ongoing maintenance: Deep cleaning is performed regularly Supplies and amenities are checked and replenished The space is inspected to ensure it meets cleanliness and safety standards We take pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and production-ready environment so guests can focus on their event, shoot, or meeting without distractions.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
