Cleaning & Reset Process To keep the studio fresh and ready for every guest, we follow a simple cleaning process — and ask that you do your part too. 🔄 What We Do After Each Booking: Disinfect high-touch surfaces (light switches, equipment handles, etc.) Sanitize gym equipment and camera gear Sweep and tidy the turf flooring Reset backdrops and lights to their default positions Empty trash and refresh the space ✅ What We Ask From You: Please put any used equipment or furniture back where you found it Throw away all trash in the provided bin Wipe down any sweaty gym equipment after use (wipes provided) Don’t leave food, drinks, or personal items behind If you moved lights, gear, or props, please return them to their original setup Let us know immediately if anything gets damaged — we’re cool, we just want to fix it 🧽 Extra Mess? If your booking involves anything that might leave residue (e.g., body paint, confetti, outdoor shoes, etc.), please let us know in advance. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess or if extra cleanup is required.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
