Our 3,600 sq ft space is thoughtfully designed to accommodate more than just hair and beauty services — it’s a creative hub ideal for workshops, beauty education, content creation, networking events, brand pop-ups, and private gatherings. Brushed was built with intention — a space that celebrates diversity, culture, and creativity. We’re proud to be a salon where artists of all backgrounds come together to express their craft. From braiders and makeup artists to educators and entrepreneurs, our studio embraces a wide range of beauty disciplines and community voices. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

At Brushed, cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority — not just for our clients, but for all guests using our space for events, education, or creative projects. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: 🧼 Professional Cleaning Between Bookings Our space is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly between every rental. This includes: Wiping down and sanitizing all high-touch surfaces (stations, chairs, counters, door handles) Mopping and vacuuming all floors Disinfecting shampoo bowls, restrooms, and shared equipment 🧴 Sanitization Supplies Provided Hand sanitizer, surface disinfectant spray, and paper towels are available on-site for guest use during your booking. 🧹 Expectations for Guests We ask all guests to: Clean up any food, trash, or decor brought in Return furniture and equipment to its original location Remove all personal belongings by the end of your rental time A standard cleaning fee is included in your booking, but excessive mess may incur an additional charge. Our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, fresh, and professional environment — every single time.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
