Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home located in quiet neighborhood. 1.5 mile from 63rd st. beach, 2 miles from culturally rich Hyde Park neighborhood- home to former president Obama residence and the upcoming presidential library. The entire house available for use--modern and fully equipped kitchen and living space. 3 bedrooms 2 with in-suit bathrooms , 2 king size bed and 1 queen bed— comfortably sleep 5-6 people. Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms furnished with very comfortable King size beds. One of the bedroom furnished with comfortable queen bed, but doesn’t have its own bathroom. However, one of the en-suite bathroom has two doors one to the bedroom, one to the corridor making it convenient to share with others while maintaining privacy. Finished Basement with Air hockey table , bar, board games, and additional space for equipment storage needs.
