About GrayFox Studios

We’re happy to provide a freshly painted white cyc wall for your booking. However, to guarantee fresh paint, bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings made within 4 hours of the start time may receive the cyc wall in its current condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE Best Times for Filming Dialogue To ensure clean audio recordings, please schedule dialogue scenes during the following hours: Weekdays Mon- Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Weekends Fri- Sun: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Please note: There is a Rage/Break Room located below the studio. Noise from this space can interfere with recordings outside of the listed hours. Thank you for your understanding.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

High dusting (vents, lighting rigs, ceiling corners). Clean HVAC filters (or schedule maintenance). Wash all windows (interior & exterior if possible). Spot clean walls and repaint scuffed areas. Deep clean soft furniture (steam clean or vacuum thoroughly). Audit storage for unused items to discard/donate. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
