At Majestic Horse Estates, cleanliness and guest safety are top priorities. We take great care to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and refreshed before each booking. Our process includes: Deep cleaning of all indoor spaces using EPA-approved disinfectants Fresh linens, towels, and sanitized surfaces throughout the main house Disinfection of high-touch areas including door handles, remotes, counters, and light switches Outdoor amenities (pool area, game room, pavilion) are wiped down and inspected before each use Bathrooms and kitchen areas are scrubbed and sanitized Regular maintenance and inspections of the estate to ensure cleanliness standards remain high
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
