House of Surprises with themed rooms and rustic western barn and chapel

A unique old brown house featuring themed rooms… a parlor, a wedding chapel, a 70s wood paneled office with working rotary phone and analog intercom system. The entire house features wood and brick interior, chandelier lighting, rusted steel accents, corrugated metal ceiling, open floor plan with barn doors separating main room from two additional rooms. Large wood chapel doors separate the kitchen from a mini farm house style wedding chapel. It’s rustic, but leans a little urban hipster. More offerings: Fake fireplace/mini bar/stereo system, Old time pump organ, stained glass window light boxes, wedding chapel neon sign, vintage Italian furniture, lush curtains and valances, gated back parking area, washer/dryer, and more. It's right on York blvd, zoned commercial, in hipster Highland Park. We don’t mean to brag, but our Old Brown House photographs beautifully.
