This private outdoor setting is ideal for intimate gatherings, content creation, small celebrations, or wellness activities. The space features a well-maintained grassy area—perfect for photo or video shoots, light exercise, or kids' activities—and a cemented patio section with seating for up to six. Upon request, additional folding chairs and a table can be provided to accommodate your needs. Surrounded by white fencing, the space feels peaceful, bright, and private—great for backyard brunches, small baby showers, yoga sessions, or casual meetups. The overall layout is open and flexible, allowing guests to rearrange seating to suit their event. Whether you're hosting a small outdoor dinner or setting up a tripod for content filming, this yard provides a clean backdrop and quiet environment. Please note: there is no restroom access, and the yard is partially fenced (open near the driveway), so this space is best suited for events under 3 hours or smaller gatherings.

The backyard is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking. High-touch areas like tables and seating are disinfected. Trash is removed, and the lawn is checked for cleanliness and safety. We use CDC-approved cleaning supplies
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
