Welcome to 9s Studios, a 750-square-foot open-concept space that blends industrial charm with creative flexibility. Originally a Model T garage, the studio now functions as a micro gallery hosting four curated art exhibitions per year, while also serving as a versatile rental venue for artistic, professional, and social gatherings. With high ceilings, warm wood floors, and abundant natural light, the space features one painted wooden post that nods to its historic roots. One wall is equipped with a seamless paper backdrop, ideal for photography or video production. Additional amenities include: -Two ground-level entrances -ADA-accessible restroom -Utility sink and mini fridge -Free on-site parking Whether you're planning a small engagement celebration, a team-building retreat, or a creative workshop, 9s Studios offers a welcoming and adaptable setting. 🧼 Cleaning Tasks (Studio Owner / Staff) After each rental: Sweep floors and spot-clean any visible dirt or scuff marks. Wipe down high-touch surfaces (tables, doorknobs, light switches, bathroom fixtures). Empty trash and recycling and replace liners. Check bathroom: refill toilet paper and soap; spot-clean sink and toilet. Tidy kitchenette area: wipe sink and mini fridge exterior; check for old items left inside. Weekly 9s Studio owners do the following: Mop floors thoroughly, especially if paint, dust, or food was involved. Dust shelves, windowsills, light fixtures, and any exposed beams or artwork frames. Clean seamless backdrop area (vacuum or wipe near floor if used). Deep-clean bathroom with disinfectant. Clean windows for natural light appeal.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
