The world’s only all-white BDSM studio and home of the iconic YES MISTRESS sign, Stella Obscura is a boutique sanctuary designed for film and photo shoots, curated events, and private lifestyle rentals. Owned and operated by Los Angeles’s premier Dominatrix, Mistress Justine Cross of the former Dungeon East and West studios, the space features an open floor plan and custom-built BDSM furniture to inspire both creativity and desire. Designed with discretion and comfort in mind, Stella Obscura offers three distinct areas to enhance your experience: A welcoming lobby for arrivals and transitions A fully-equipped play space with bespoke furniture, implements, and toys A serene, domestic setting with a bed, kitchenette, and full bath—stocked with thoughtful amenities for overnight stays or extended shoots All rentals include exclusive access to the entire space and full use of all furniture and supplies

All guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves and there are guidelines posted. We regularly deep clean the space as needed in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
