Located in the heart of North Beach, just steps from the Financial District and the Embarcadero, Monroe features 3,000 square feet of flexible space accommodating groups from 25 to 200+ guests. Monroe occupies the original home of The Jazz Workshop, one of San Francisco’s defining live music rooms of the late 1950s and 60s. Opened in 1957 in North Beach, it became a West Coast stronghold for modern jazz at a time when the city was a crossroads for touring musicians, beat poets, and cultural rebels. Great for movies, commercials, photoshoots, podcasts, interviews, and other various film & production projects. Please note: Pricing varies depending on group size. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
