About Butterfly Tampa Gallery
Our space has been rented out for birthday parties, volunteer meetings, and informational lectures put on by the City of Tampa. We have round tables with chairs, as well as 6-foot and 8-foot rectangular tables that can be moved around the room. There are two TVs with sound that you can connect computers to for live presentations. In the room, there is a bathroom, AC, large windows, and a granite countertop along the back wall.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
In-house staff clean before and after every event. This includes disinfecting all surfaces of the room and bathroom, sweeping, cleaning windows, and taking out the garbage. There is a professional cleaner who comes once a week to complete a deep clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
