At Sol Studio, we follow a simple “Leave it like you found it” cleaning process. Each session includes 15 minutes before and after for setup and teardown. Clients are expected to return all props, furniture, and backdrops to their original place, remove any trash, wipe down surfaces if used, and leave the floors clear. No tape is allowed on floors or walls. At the end of each day, I do a full once-over to sweep, mop, and disinfect so the studio is fresh for the next renter.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
