Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located gem. Recently updated, light filled space in our backyard. Walkable distance to restaurants, bars and a couple of blocks away from a grocery store and the light rail. You have your own entrance, off street parking and shared access to a washer/dryer. Fifteen minutes away from the airport, sports & concert venues downtown, hiking trails and Old Town Scottsdale. Due to the owner’s allergies, we canot allow animals of any kind. This space would be fantastic to make cooking videos in!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
