Thanks for checking out our place and considering it for your next meeting or photo shoot! The Goat House is 1520 square feet and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The house was fully updated in 2023. With the natural beach wood floors, white cabinets and a large contrasting island and natural light, the space has many different uses, from family, boudoir, newborn photo sessions to space for business meetings and much more. The house is one story with a large open concept main room, fully furnished with a sectional, coffee table and games. See images to see the space. The house is located in a private area and is adjacent to to a green belt and the owners primary residence. Black out shades on every window that can be adjusted for privacy and light. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Before and after each guest, all counters, table tops, door knobs and high tough areas are sanitized. All linens are washed and dried. Bathrooms have been fully disinfected and cleaned.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
