Urban Open Acreage

Over an acre of flat space, including mature trees providing shade around the perimeter, surrounded and secured by a 4-ft chain link fence, in an urban setting. Lots of convenient parking next door; vehicles can also enter and park on the field. Although flat, it is a natural field so it is uneven in places and has wildlife and insects (mosquitos in the shade, ants on the ground). Permitted to be used as a private dog park but open to other ideas. There are no bathrooms.
