At Brook Bottom Farm, we take pride in maintaining a spotless, welcoming environment for every guest. Our cleaning process is thorough and designed to meet high hospitality standards. Before Every Booking: All surfaces, floors, and high-touch areas are cleaned and sanitised using professional-grade products. Kitchens are fully cleaned, including wiping down appliances, sanitising worktops, and restocking essentials. Bathrooms are deep-cleaned, with all fixtures polished, mirrors streak-free, and fresh toiletries provided. Bedding and towels are professionally laundered and replaced for each booking. All bins are emptied and sanitised. Between Multi-Day Events or Stays: Light refresh clean, including emptying bins, wiping surfaces, and topping up supplies. Any used dishes or kitchenware are washed and put away. Bathroom and toilet areas are refreshed and re-stocked. Outdoor Areas: Patio and seating areas are swept, furniture wiped down, and ashtrays emptied and sanitised. Grounds are checked for litter or debris to ensure a pleasant arrival. We also offer mid-stay cleaning for longer bookings upon request, ensuring the space remains fresh and comfortable throughout your time with us.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
