Rates may vary based on the day of week and time. In addition to the rental fee, the following beverages minimums apply. Sunday through Thursday: $250 Friday and Saturday before 3pm: $350 Friday and Saturday evening: $750 20% gratuity added to all private events We are a neighborhood bar/restaurant with a private event space that is great for meetings and events. We have 3 TVs (1 smart TV) in the space and an adjacent patio. Our space is equipped with 6 farm tables with seating for 30, and additional lounge furniture for a total of 50 guests.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
