Our 7,000-square-foot venue is designed for versatility, making it ideal for a wide range of activities—from full-scale film and photo productions to private events. We’ve hosted everything from music videos, brand activations, and workshops to baby showers, birthday celebrations, and after-parties. The space features multiple pre-built sets, open-floor areas, and modular sections that can be customized for your needs. Each zone can be transformed into a photo/film set, lounge area, performance stage, or dining space, allowing multiple activities to happen simultaneously without interference. We offer built-in themed sets, production-ready lighting, high ceilings, and large open areas for staging and crowd flow. The venue also includes load-in accessibility, on-site parking, green rooms, and a flexible floor plan that adapts to both intimate gatherings and large-scale productions. IMPORTANT NOTICE Best Times for Filming Dialogue To ensure clean audio recordings, please schedule dialogue scenes during the following hours: Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Weekends: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM or Overnight (after 10:00 PM) Please note: There is a Rage/Break Room located below the studio.
