Our beautiful private rooms are completely separate from the main dining room. They are ideal for friends and family gatherings, business meetings, small scale presentations, company parties or celebrations. We compose menus highlighting the delicious farm-to-table cuisine that Clarklewis is known for. The spaces can accommodate from just 10 people up to 175 guests. The availability of a large screen and mounted projector make it a perfect location to host a business meeting or presentation. It is also a great space to celebrate a winemaker’s new vintage or a distillers new liquor or even your company’s new technological advance. The Room with a View provide the perfect backdrop and intimate settings for personal celebrations such as anniversaries, birthdays, engagements and weddings. We take pride in presenting a space that’s as pristine and inviting as the moment it was first opened. Between each booking, our professional team follows a meticulous, multi-step cleaning process to ensure every guest enjoys a flawless setting: Full Surface Sanitization – All tables, chairs, counters, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with food-safe, eco-friendly products. Glassware & Tableware – All dining pieces are thoroughly washed, polished, and inspected to ensure a flawless presentation. Floors & Upholstery – Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed; upholstered seating is spot-cleaned and refreshed as needed. Restroom Refresh – Restrooms are sanitized, stocked, and checked multiple times before each event. Air Quality & Ambiance – We ensure the space is well-ventilated and scented only with the aromas of fresh, seasonal ingredients from our kitchen. Post-Event Reset – After your event, we handle the complete cleanup, returning the venue to its polished, ready-to-host condition for the next celebration. Our standard cleaning is included in your booking, so you can focus on enjoying your event — though an additional fee may apply for extraordinary mess or damage.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
