The open floor plan offers a flexible main area with high ceilings, clean modern finishes, and ample natural light during the day. You’ll find a variety of functional zones: • Main Production Area – Perfect for filming, photography, live streaming, or performances. • Lounge & Green Room – A comfortable spot for guests, talent, or crew to relax between takes. • Kitchenette – Stocked with essentials for light food prep and refreshments. 🧼 Studio Cleaning & Safety Procedures We take pride in keeping our studio clean, comfortable, and ready for creativity. After each booking: Surface Sanitizing – All high-touch areas (mixing boards, microphones, door handles, tables, chairs) are wiped down with professional-grade disinfectant. Equipment Care – Pop filters, headphones, and instruments are cleaned with alcohol-based solutions to maintain hygiene and sound quality. Floor & Air Quality – Floors are vacuumed and mopped daily, and we run air purifiers during and after sessions for a fresh environment. Trash & Recycling – Bins are emptied after every session to keep the space clutter-free and odor-free. Deep Cleans – Once a week, we perform a full deep clean, including upholstery and behind equipment. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask guests to: Use hand sanitizer upon entry (provided at the door). Place food and drinks only in the designated kitchenette area. Return equipment and furniture to their original positions after use. We keep the space looking and feeling like you’re the first session of the day—every time.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
