Originally built in 1922 as a vibrant paint factory, this beautifully restored timber loft now serves as the backdrop for life’s most meaningful moments. With over 8,000 square feet of flexible event space, exposed brick, soaring beams, and sparkling chandeliers, 815 offers a timeless setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, anniversaries, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, milestone birthdays, baby and bridal showers, reunions, funerals, holiday celebrations, charity galas, and corporate events of all kinds. We work with a licensed professional cleaning team who performs a detailed deep clean between every booking. All high-touch surfaces — including doorknobs, tables, chairs, handrails, and restroom fixtures — are thoroughly disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning solutions. Soft furnishings are sanitized or replaced as needed
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
