Floor-to-ceiling windows, concrete ceilings, layered rugs, warm wood textures, and statement greenery create a cinematic backdrop for content. A local Miami artist hand-painted tropical murals throughout (living room, primary bedroom, and both baths), giving you multiple “set looks” in one location—no paper backdrops needed. Ideal uses Photo + video shoots (editorial, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, fitness), boudoir (large walk-in shower + full-length mirror), content days, product shoots, small meetings or brainstorms, podcasts, and interviews. Beautiful at golden hour; balanced light works day or night. Layout & looks Open living/dining area with green modular sofa, nesting coffee tables, herringbone dining table + benches, and floor mirror. Primary bedroom with pendant lights and lush vine mural. Second bedroom with minimal line-art mural clean, modern look. Two stylish bathrooms; one features a large walk-in shower ideal for boudoir/shower concepts. Balcony with dramatic city and water views (great for sunrise/sunset shots). Light & sound Abundant natural light from expansive windows; sheer/roller shades to control spill. Evening ambiance via floor and wall lighting for moody sets. Included amenities/props Plants in sculptural planters, throw pillows/blankets, full-length mirror, bar-height stool, side tables, basic tool kit/steamer on request, Wi-Fi. Production notes Furniture and plants may be moved gently for framing; please return everything to the original layout. Concrete floors are gear-friendly; use pads under stands on rugs. Elevator access. House rules Absolutely no parties or smoking. Keep music at a conversational level; respect neighbors and building staff. No glitter/confetti, aerosols, or open flame. Shoes off on rugs. Any extensive rearranging or special setups must be approved in advance. Lost fob/key replacement fee applies.

Cleanup & Checkout (Peerspace Bookings) Please plan your cleanup within your reserved time. A quick reset helps us keep the space beautiful for the next team. Before your end time Return furniture, plants, and décor to their original positions. Wipe counters and surfaces you used; clean up any spills immediately. Gather all trash and recyclables and place them in the trash chute directly outside the unit door. Remove all personal items, props, and tape; use only painter’s tape on walls and remove it fully. Check rugs, upholstery, and linens for makeup, oils, glitter, paint, or other marks. If you notice any stain or damage, tell us before you leave so we can address it quickly. At walk-out Turn off lights, close windows/doors, and take a final sweep of the space. Let us know you’re wrapped and report any issues, stains, or damages. Return keys/fobs as instructed at check-in. Between bookings (our part) Our staff resets the layout, inspects the space, and sprays disinfectant on high-touch areas so the next team arrives to a fresh, ready-to-shoot environment.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
