The upper level features additional styled sets and soft, natural draping to accommodate portraits, product sessions, interviews, and content days. Guests have access to professional lighting equipment, movable furniture, and a selection of props to support a wide range of creative directions. The layout is intentionally minimal and customizable, allowing you to tailor the environment to your project or event. At LYC Studio SATX, we take pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment for every guest. After each booking, our team: • Wipes down all high-touch surfaces, furniture, and props • Sanitizes doorknobs, light switches, and shared equipment • Sweeps and mops floors in all used areas • Washes and disinfects kitchen surfaces and sinks • Resets all sets, furniture, and props to their original positions • Empties trash and replaces liners • Performs a final walkthrough to ensure the space is spotless and ready for the next booking We follow Peerspace’s COVID-19 Health & Safety Guidelines and use professional-grade cleaning products to ensure a safe experience for all guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
