After every event rental, we perform a thorough cleaning and sanitization of all gaming equipment, seating areas, and common spaces. High-touch surfaces such as controllers, keyboards, and door handles are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaners. Our team also ensures the lounge is well-ventilated and trash is properly disposed of to maintain a fresh, welcoming environment. We follow strict cleaning protocols to provide you with a safe, enjoyable gaming experience every time you visit.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
