This listing is just for the front entry and reception area of our warehouse. The 800 sq. ft. area includes a rest room, water fountain, 3 hand crafted large epoxy bars. The kitchenette has a Kagen PH balanced water filter, a snow cone machine, deep freezer and access to a sink, / fridge. Our facility’s main operations is for medium sized events, weekly classes in Martial Arts, Self-Defense, & Aerial Dance. This makes for some great multi functional welcoming space.
