The Drover in Cowboy Town is our ranch’s largest venue, hosting up to 400 guests or 150 seated. It features a grand stage with podium, pull-down projector screen, and full audio-video setup, making it ideal for weddings, receptions, banquets, conferences, fundraisers, live performances, and community gatherings. The spacious layout allows for dining, dancing, and presentations, offering flexibility for events of any style.

After each event, the venue is thoroughly cleaned and reset to ensure it’s ready for the next group. Floors are swept and mopped, all surfaces are wiped and sanitized, restrooms are cleaned and stocked, and any venue-owned furniture or décor is returned to its original placement. High-touch areas such as door handles, railings, and AV equipment are disinfected. Trash and recyclables are removed from the space and disposed of in designated bins, leaving the venue fresh and welcoming for every guest.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
