Photo shoots and or movies would work well. Small group meeting. There are seven bungalows from 1924 that have been remodeled since 2018. Each consists of a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom. They have 10’ ceilings and are fully furnished and stocked monthly vacation rentals. They are beautiful and each unique. All are under one roof side by side each with their own private entrance to unit and private back door as well. We are only a block and a half to Driftwood beach and one house off the Venice canal extensions and a five minute walk to Washington street. Happening area great for movies by the beach. Great units for shoots! Similar to a 90210 vibe but by the beach.
